How the Samanga Requirements Hub handles the information you enter.
Why we collect this information
The information you provide is used solely to plan, design and build the Samanga corporate website. It is shared with the internal project team and the appointed website developers.
What we collect
Your name, job title, work email address and work telephone number; the answers you give in the questionnaire; the files you upload; and a record of the actions you take in the portal, such as when you save or submit.
Publication permissions
Nothing you enter is published automatically. Every project, photograph, testimonial, team profile and document carries its own publication permission and confidentiality status. Anything marked confidential is never published, and anything without an explicit permission is treated as internal.
Who can see your answers
Managers assigned to your department, project administrators and management reviewers. Managers from other departments cannot see your department’s answers. This restriction is enforced by database-level access rules, not only by the interface.
Files and security
Uploaded files are held in private storage and are never publicly accessible. They are opened through temporary links that expire after a few minutes, issued only once your permission has been checked.
Credentials
This portal never asks for, and has no facility to store, passwords or access credentials for any other system. If you are ever asked for one inside this portal, do not supply it and report it to the project administrator.
How long we keep it
Information is retained for the duration of the website redevelopment project and its warranty period, after which it is reviewed and either archived or deleted.
